Delivery Information
We use Royal Mail & DPD Tracked Services. The shipping method used will depend on the size and weight of the product you have purchased and your location for delivery. Once dispatched you will receive a notification containing your tracking information.
Shipping rates start at £3.99 + VAT and will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. Shipping is tiered depending on the weight & dimensions of your total order.
We aim to dispatch orders 3-6 working days (Weekends not included) depending on the kind of service selected, when orders are received before 16:00. Any orders received on Friday after 15:00 or on weekend will be processed following Monday. DPD orders are dispatched within 2-4 days. This is our minimum handling time for the orders.
While we aim to make sure orders are dispatched before this, we cannot be responsible for the delivery network, once your item leaves Direct Pick.
If you are not home and shipping company left the card for you to collect from their delivery office/any point for collection. Please collect as the shipping company will return it to us after 28 days if not collected and as a result there will be 20 percent charge + transaction(admin) fee on top of shipping charge and we will only refund if the product is back with us. We very strongly advise that failure to collect a parcel from the designated DPD pick up point within the specified time frame may result in forfeiture of refund eligibility in the event of loss or damage to the parcel.
International Deliveries:
All custom duties will be paid by the buyer/ consignee.
Products should be dispatched and received with 4-6 days.
Stock Issues and Supply Delays:
We appreciate your trust in our online store. In the event of receiving damaged stock or encountering discrepancies in inventory, we want to assure you that we are committed to resolving these issues promptly.
Please note that while we will make every effort to source the product you ordered, there might be a waiting period of three to four weeks due to the current supply chain challenges. We understand your patience may be tested, but we ask for your understanding during this time.
Rest assured, our primary goal is to fulfill your order. However, if we are unable to do so within the four-week timeframe, we will promptly process a refund for your purchase.
